Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be returned in original packaging.
Return Process
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Contact our customer service team at sales@orgenicproducts.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Securely package the product, label it with the return address (we will provide you once approved), and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in 10 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@orgenicproducts.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at sales@orgenicproducts.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
- Personalized products.
- Gift cards.
