Order Cut-Off

The order cut-off time is 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States.

Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped from same day to up to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.

Delivery Time

Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the postal service and your location.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the deliverty status and time.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at sales@organicdreaming.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
