How to use

Chew two gummies daily with a glass of water, at home, at work or on the go. One bottle lasts 30 days. As with any fiber, drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Why we carry it

Fiber supplements fail because people stop taking them. A sugar-free gummy with a clearly stated psyllium dose solves that, and Abyssus excludes gelatin and major allergens, which most gummies do not. It is the easiest psyllium we have found to stick with.
