Iodine is an essential trace mineral the thyroid needs to make its hormones, which in turn regulate metabolism, energy and body temperature. Nascent iodine is a liquid form in which the iodine atom carries a charge, and it is favored by people who want an easily absorbed drop they can adjust rather than a fixed tablet dose.*

What's inside

• Nascent iodine in a liquid tincture
• 1 fl oz (30 ml) dropper bottle
• GMO-free formula
• Third-party tested for purity
• Made in a GMP-certified facility

How to use

Take the labeled number of drops in water or directly, ideally in the morning since iodine supports energy production. Begin at the low end of the range and increase gradually. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, check with your doctor before supplementing iodine, as too much can be as unhelpful as too little.

Why we carry it

Iodine tablets give one fixed dose, but needs vary a great deal from person to person. A dropper bottle lets you tune the amount, and Go Nutrients backs this one with third-party testing and a 90-day guarantee. It is a dependable choice for people who have been told their iodine intake is low.
