Berberine is a plant alkaloid found in barberry, goldenseal and other herbs, and Ceylon cinnamon is a mild, low-coumarin spice; both have a long history in traditional practice and are now commonly taken to support healthy levels already within the normal range.* Sangluco builds a 19-ingredient complex around them, adding bitter melon, gymnema, mulberry and supporting vitamins and minerals.

What's inside

• Berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, chromium and turmeric
• Apple cider vinegar, bitter melon, gymnema and mulberry
• Vitamin B6, vitamin D3 and zinc
• Free from gluten, soy and dairy; third-party tested, made in the USA at an NSF-certified facility
• 60 capsules per bottle, two capsules per serving

How to use

Take two capsules daily with a meal and water. One bottle provides a 30-day supply. Because this formula is designed around metabolic balance, it is best taken consistently with meals rather than on an empty stomach.

Why we carry it

Rather than buying berberine, cinnamon and chromium separately, this gives you all three plus the supporting botanicals in one bottle. The ingredient list is long but fully disclosed, and the manufacturing claims (cGMP, NSF facility, third-party testing) are more specific than most.

Berberine and cinnamon may affect blood sugar and interact with diabetes and other medications. Speak with your healthcare provider before use if you take prescription medicine.
