D-mannose is a simple sugar closely related to glucose that is poorly absorbed by the body and passes through the urinary tract largely unchanged. It is widely used, by adults and children alike, as a daily supplement for urinary tract wellness.* Waterfall, a UK brand that pioneered birch-derived D-mannose, makes this children's version as a strawberry-flavored tablet that melts in the mouth.

What's inside

• D-mannose extracted from birch without solvents or chemicals
• Natural strawberry flavor, no food colorings or artificial flavorings
• Free from all 14 major food allergens, vegan and vegetarian, non-GMO
• No bulking agents, fillers, silica or sodium
• 100 melt-in-the-mouth tablets

How to use

Suitable for boys and girls aged 3 and over. Tablets can be taken with breakfast for daily support or spread through the day when more support is wanted, following the label's guidance. Adults can use them too by increasing the serving accordingly. For school days, the brand's original powder can be mixed discreetly into a water bottle.*

Why we carry it

Children's urinary-support products are rare, and most D-mannose comes as a powder or large capsule that young children cannot take. This tablet dissolves in the mouth, tastes like strawberry milk and carries none of the fillers found in typical children's chewables. The brand's two decades of specialization in bladder health gives us confidence in the formulation.*
